Intellectual property
All tune files remain the intellectual property of On Point Programming and are licensed to the buyer for use on the specified vehicle only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing files is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Point Programming's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
